3. Personal Information
3.1 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” is information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether or not the information or opinion is true and whether or not it is recorded in a material form.
3.2 Personal Information does not include an “employee record” for the purposes of the Act. An “employee record” is information relating to the employment of an employee, including health information and personal information relating to the engagement, training, discipline, resignation, termination, terms and conditions of employment, performance, conduct, hours of employment, salary or wages, personal and emergency contact details, membership of professional or trade associations or trade union membership, leave entitlements and taxation, banking and superannuation affairs.
3.3 We treat the personal and health information of each of our employees with strict confidentiality and only disclose employee records as permitted by law or this Privacy Policy with the employee’s consent.
